It's a New Year

Should I begin blogging again? That is the question.

Ron and I had a great time in D.C. and an even better time with all the kids in over Christmas. I just wish I had a bigger house! I've always said I wish I had a mansion with wings all the way around so that we could all have our own place to live, but we could gather in the middle for meals, celebrations and to hang out.

I have always pictured myself staying at home, being there for the grandchildren, taking them to the beach, the amusement park, going to their soccer and baseball games, keeping them when they had breaks from school. I hope I will get to do that some day, but for now, I need to work full time and help everyone through college.

I'm fortunate to have a job and one that I like, for that matter! I will be back to work tomorrow! So glad I took a vacation day today! I need a little time to recoup after the busy holidays and the trip to D.C.! Now, to get the house back in order!

I now have a granddaughter, Parker Elizabeth to go with big brother, Jaden Catcher!

does God like women?

sometimes, reading the Bible makes you wonder about that--all those verses about submission and all--but, the illustrious Suzanne Price spoke to our women last weekend on the topic and assured us that He does. God does like women.

Suz also asked, "did Paul like women?" and, "do we like women?" interesting questions, to be sure!
